How Our Fees Work?

Our professional fees are calculated as a percentage of the total construction cost of your project. We use a sliding scale — ensuring that smaller, highly detailed homes receive the attention they deserve, while larger projects benefit from economies of scale.

• Up to R5 million → 12.5%

• R10 million → 10%

• R15 million → 9.5%

• R20 million → 9%

• R25 million → 8.7%

• R30 million → 8.2%

• R35 million → 8.1%

• R40 million → 8%

• R45 million → 7.9%

• R50 million+ → tailored solution

The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) provides official guideline fees for architects. Typically, these sit around 25% higher than our current fee model.
