House SAVPRI is a thoughtfully crafted modern-day take on a classic New York brownstone. This distinctive home features striking Victorian and eccentric accents with intricate brick and stonework. The main entrance leads into a grand foyer at its center that allows for hosting and entertaining. The foyer leads into the main entertainment areas and into two separate wings, giving the homeowners a sense of privacy and comfort in their own space.
This Stadshuis is a masculine Mediterranean Brutalist design featuring an impressive view of nature. The small erf demanded clever use of space to accommodate the complex brief, and the result is nothing short of extraordinary. The design includes a showroom garage, large living areas opening up onto covered patios, an underground wine cellar, private lounges and high volume bedrooms.
